These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the VerifScan wallet-verification service. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance
By accessing VerifScan, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction. The service is not available where prohibited by law.
3. The service
VerifScan is a non-custodial, read-only tool that analyzes a connected wallet and verifies whether tokens are genuine or counterfeit (“flash” crypto). VerifScan does not custody, move, swap or invest your assets.
4. Informational results
- Verification results are provided for information only and are not financial advice.
- We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that every counterfeit token will be detected.
- You remain solely responsible for the security of your wallet and keys.
- On-chain data is public; VerifScan does not control the underlying blockchains.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use VerifScan for illegal activity, or to interfere with the integrity or availability of the service.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerifScan is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
